Found residents for the "Blauer Vogel"

... I felt that this couple coming the next day, this is it, they will love the Blauer Vogel and we will be happy to give it to them. The next day, Gü showed our house to Suzannne and Christian. And not even 4 hours later, both parties said YES. 

Today, the contract is signed, everything agreed. This is indeed a wonderful happy moment, as it was important to us to find someone who really likes the house, really wants and appreciate it for what it offers.
